Masjid Ibaadur-Rahmaan

Masjid Ibaadur-Rahmaan is run under the auspices of Ibaadur-Rahmaan charitable trust situated at 13 Chase Street, Uitenhage. The premises was previously a church and was converted into a Masjid and opened it’s doors on the 28th May 2014.

It serves the broader community of Uitenhage, Masjid Ibaadur-Rahmaan was built for the purpose of a need to be in the centre of town. As the broader Muslim and businessmen are based around the Masjid area.

We have hosted prominent national and International Ulama.

Masjid Ibaadur-Rahmaan provides free basic Islamic education with qualified teachers and structured syllabus.

Programs: Qiraat programs, hosting of Jamaats, Madressa, Hifz Classes, Sunday Somali Programs, Daily Taleem and Tafseer programs.

Initiatives planned for 2018 include ladies classes, Hifz classes for girls and ladies, Hifz workshop and revert classes.
